Zero One

Konstantinos Kalliyianis grew up having around olive trees and after 5 years old he started helping in their collection. Till today, he passes the biggest part of his life in the olive grove. Some years ago, he started standardizing the olive oil at his own facilities and distributes it to the Greek and international market. He avoided impressive packaging, without underestimating it, deciding to focus on the essence of the product. He called the olive oil Zero One where «Zero» symbolizes the point where everything starts, the point where all possibilities exist simultaneously, the point from where he started his effort. The "One" stands for excellent quality olive oil - the natural extra virgin olive oil was called "ace" by the old ones.
