Vaptistis Winery
The creation of the Vaptistis Winery was aimed at glorifying the island of Tinos and the quality of grapes it can produce, that is, highlighting the exceptional terroir. For this reason, the varieties grown in the vineyards are exclusively Greek and mainly local.
In the logo of the winery you will see the symbol of a pigeon house, since it is symbolic of the estate. In 2012 they revived the old family vineyards, in the center of which was a traditional pigeon house.
In 2016, the estate's first vintage was successfully completed, with white and red Aegean varieties.
