Pavlidis - Estate

Pavlidis Estate is, primarily, interested in producing fine wines. It owns a 600 acre vineyard and there is the perspective of systematic expansion of it, so that the vine crops are sufficient for the production. The cultivated grape varieties, Greek or international, are more or less known and the primary goal is to bring out the terroir characteristics. The vine plots extend over the reputed, since ancient times, regions of Kokkinogia and Perichora in the Prefecture of Drama. In order to highlight the varietal features which are associated to the regional microclimate, the cultivation treatments are done manually and aim to low yields.
