Kostaki Winery
Kostaki Winery was established in 2023 at the Greek Island of Samos. Evmorfia Kostaki, a native of Samos, and Lorenz Immerfall, who moved there from Germany, craft each label with a commitment to their shared vision of revitalising the wine industry of the Island. The couple farms together their organic vineyards, which belonged to the family of Evmorfia for generations. They have decided to focus on only one variety: Muscat à Petits Grains, producing fresh, delicate and, perhaps, unexpected wines. Both Evmorfia and Lorenz hold Masters in Viticulture and Enology and the WSET Diploma, while Evmorfia is also a Master of Wine candidate.
