Stavropoulos Estate
The estate's dedication to excellence is evidenced by the adoption of cultivation methods with minimal environmental impact. Each of the vineyards, with the particular climatic and soil characteristics, are dedicated to specific varieties which exclusively constitute the raw material of the products of the estate.
The modern estate's winery, in Paleohori, opened in 2000 and the building of mainly developed at three levels: in the basement space is maturing and aging of wine in oak barrels, the middle level is the winemaking, while in the upper level the is used for the tanks and bottling, as well as reception and wine tasting.
Recently a PV system of 10KWp was installed on the roof of the auxiliary building assisting in reducing the energy footprint of the production process.
