Dimitriadis Distillery
In 2015 Dimitriadis Distillery was founded in Mikrochori of Drama by Ioannis Dimitriadis. After several tests and continuous development, in 2016 they released their first spirit, Tsipouro Zopiro.
In 2020, Dimitriadis Ioannis passed away and since then his vision has been continued by his family.
The privately owned vineyards cover an area of 36 acres, consisting of the Muscat of Alexandria, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Xinomavro varieties.
For the distillation and creation of the final result, a 1300-liter copper still is used, with a six-fold column.
