The old dry Savatiano vines in cup form gave us an excellent wine, with velvety aromas of lemon, coromel and allspice. The alcohol levels are clearly higher than last year due to the microclimate, but the philosophy of cultivation, harvest, vinification and conservation is largely unchanged.On ..
