The idea for founding a company that will deal with the production of “Ariousios wine" in the Northern part of Chios, launched in 1999, on the occasion of a study conducted on behalf of the company ENA Chios S.A. (company of development in the prefecture of Chios), within the framework of the Department of Industrial Change. The Aegean sea breeze during the summer, the high sunshine and the temperature variations favor the maturation and quality of grapes of the varieties Krassero of Chios, Ayiannitis, Assyrtiko and Athiri.
