Oeno Π Winery Tria Ampelia 2021
The new release of the ever-evolving Paris Sigalas is called Oeno Π, with the initial letter of its name being the logo. The winery is located next to his house, right in front of the sea, on Baxedes beach. The first label of this new effort is called Tria Ampelia (Three Vineyards), a 100% Assyrtiko from stumps that are over 60 years old and are located in three vineyards in Akrotiri, Fira and Megalochori. The wine is fermented in jars and then matured for 16 months with its wine lees. It is worth mentioning that the press used is of the Champagne type.
In the glass we find a bright lemon color. On the nose complex, with aromas of citrus, white fruits, with notes of herbs and floral hints to follow, against a background of intense minerality. Complex on the palate, with full body in a frame of finesse and balance, intense acidity and long aftertaste.
