T-OINOS is a vision and madness at the same time. With its heart pounding in a terroir full of scattered granitic rocks, a global geological phenomenon similar to 2-3 others around the world, Alexander Avatangelos and Gerard Margeon have accomplished the impossible. To revive the vineyard of Tinos and then to give a cult status to the winery with the wines appearing in the best restaurants in the world. With the world-renowned Master Vigneron Stephane Deronancourt on the team, T- OINOS produces some of the most stunning terroir wines in the world.

  • Assyrtiko from the iconic vineyard of Clos Stegasta.
  • Spontaneous fermentation in a combination mixture of stainless-steel tanks, wooden vats and oak barrels. It is bottled after 4-7 months of contact with the wine lees. 
  • Assyrtiko as expressed in Tinos with purity of fruit, finesse, tension and minerality, sharp as a knife with an impressive long finish.
  • Limited production of a few thousand bottles.
  • It ages for at least ten years following the harvest and is an experience in itself.
