Kostaki Winery Dry 2023

As the producers state, this wine is their flagship because through this specific result the variety is expressed in the best way.

Vines older than 28 years are manually harvested followed by 4 different vinification methods.

Amongst them are skin contact, orange vinification and ageing in French oak barrels. Finally, the four are mixed, giving 6800 bottles of Dry.

On the palette it is structured, displaying a remarkable balance of freshness and complexity. Multidimensional aromas of orange peel and sea breeze are complemented by lively acidity, giving a wine with volume and minerality that truly reflects its origins.
