Troupis Winery Pitys Ritinitis

Troupis winery, honoring the tradition, vinifies the Assyrtiko variety with minimal intervention and creates the Pitys Ritinitis retsina. The name Pitys comes from a nymph who, chased by Pan, transformed into a pine to escape.

In the glass we find a yellowish color. Aromas of pine, citrus, stone fruits, with notes of mastic and lavender follow, flood our noses. The palate is full, with lively acidity and lasting aftertaste. Definitely an elegant and modern approach of Retsina.
