Jima winery is a family business founded by oenologist Panagiotis Jima and his wife Christy Karagiannidou. The agronomist Nikos Tzimas, brother of Panagiotis, has taken care of the vines. The winery was designed by the architect Athanasios Stergioulis and is located on the farm next to their family home, in the village of Kalomodia in Arta. The emblem of the winery is the stork, which faithfully visits them every spring, moving among the vines, looking for its food.

Medium gold appearance, complex flavors of green apples, pears, edelweiss flower, lemons, vanilla and earthiness. On the palate, the juicy lemony acidity balances the firm phenolic structure while the low alcohol contributes to an elegant ethereal nature. Super gastronomic and elegant wine.
