Garalis Winery Ceramica 2022

Ceramica is a mildly vinified orange from the volcanic island of Lemnos, from Muscat of Alexandria variety. The harvest is carried out by hand and then it remains with its skins for 6 months in amphoras and another 6 months without the skins, then it is bottled with the absence of stabilization and filtration.

On the glass we have a deep orange color. On the nose we find intense aromas of tangerine peels, oranges, loquat, apricot jam, peach compote, with earthy notes and tea to follow. On the plaette it is rich, with accentuated acidity, a slight sense of tannins and a lasting aftertaste.
