Nopera Winery Muscat Nature Selection 2021

Muscat Nature Selection 2021 is produced from the "Akamatis" vineyard at 850 meters and with vines older than 60 years. The must is fermented with native yeasts in oak barrels and bottled without filtration a year later with light sulphurisation, so as to capture island's terroir. It has a bright lemon color, with golden highlights. The aromas consist of citrus peels, stone fruits and flowers, followed by hints of herbs. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with crisp acidity and a good lasting aftertaste.
