Gaia Wines Moschofilero Wild Ferment 2022

Gaia presents a rare case of wild Moschofileros fermentation through Wild Ferment. In the glass the color we find is lemon with gray highlights. The nose is intense, with aromas of rose, jasmine, lemongrass, with notes of butter and herbs to follow. In the mouth the body is moderate+, with crunchy acidity and lasting aftertaste.
