Domaine Zafeirakis Microcosmos Malagousia 2022

Microcosmos is a single vineyard Malagousia from the Paleomylos vineyard in Tyrnavos, from stumps approaching the age of 20 and is vinified from local yeasts.

The color of the wine is lemon green with golden highlights. In the aromatic characteristics we have a complex bouquet of fresh apple, pear, peach, apricot, with citrus to complement the character and notes of lemon blossom embraced by subtle notes of minerals to complete it. On the palate it is refined, with a moderate body that, when heated, emits an oiliness, which binds extremely well with the sharp acidity and leaves us a pleasant, long aftertaste with an enjoyable brackish minerality. Definitely a wonderful expression of variety.
