Estate Hatzigeorgiou Lagopati 2021

Hatzigeorgiou Estate creates a single-varietal Muscat of Alexandria, from a selected vineyard at the "Lagopati" location, in the mountainous community of Agios Dimitrios, the heart of the wine-growing zone P.O.P. Lemnos. 

After manual harvesting, the grapes remain for 30 hours at very low temperatures. As a result, the juice takes all the aromatic richness from the skins  during the pre-fermentation extraction.

The wine has lemon green color. Grape, floral, citrus and stone fruit aromas, with a hint of minerality that follows. Medium+ mouthfeel, with refreshing acidity and a nice lasting aftertaste
