Monemvasia Winery Tsimbidi Kydonitsa Mature 2019

The three dimensions of the Kydonitsa variety make up the label Mature (i.e. Vineyard, Vinification and Time). Harvested from the Platori vineyard, vinified with mild extraction, in neutral stainless steel and patiently matured in the bottle.

It has a bright yellow color. The aromas consist of quince, citrus peels, dried herbs, with notes of sourdough. Full bodied mouthfeel, with the crisp acidity coexisting with a mild tannic background that lead to a lasting aftertaste.
