Santo Wines Irini 2022

Irini is an important name for Santo Wines, as it was also the name of the first P.D.O. Santorini they launched, back in the early '80s. This is a truly unique wine that reveals the unique terroir of the island.

In the glass we have a deep lemon color with golden shades. On the nose we find aromas of ripe yellow lemon, dried honey, chamomile, sage, coriander followed by notes of white and black pepper. The palate is full and oily, with high acidity and a lasting aftertaste.
