Triantafylli Estate Silosa 2022

Silosa from Triantafylli Estate in Karystos is 100% Savatiano from old vines, whose age exceeds 45 years. In the glass we find a lemon color with golden highlights, and on the nose an explosive fruity character of stone fruits and tropical fruits. The body is medium, with crispy acidity and the main aromas are ripe green fruits like green apple and pear, but the touch of the fine lees for 6 months results in a palette of white-fleshed peach and melon.
