Foivos Papastratis F Vostilidi ONE OFF 2021

ONE OFF is the new project by Foivos Papastratis, with limited vinifications, each time in a different wine-producing region in wineries of good friends, with different varieties, different techniques for a one and only time. For the 2021 harvest, his trip is to Kefalonia, where in collaboration with the Haritatou winery, he creates F Vostilidi 2021. The vinification took place in stainless steel tanks with wild yeasts and remained with the lees for 6 months.

A white-yellow wine. On the nose we find aromatic aromas of citrus fruits, white-fleshed peach, flowers, with a botanical character following and some hints of almond complementing its character. In the mouth, the body is medium, with pronounced acidity and a lasting aftertaste.
