Ktima Palivou Diaselo Kydonitsa 2023

Palivou Estate chose the Diaselo location for the creation of Kydonitsa, a vineyard with a special terroir, with a 17% slope, consisting of limestone and siliceous clay. The use of native yeasts and the aging of the wine for 4 months in French and American barrels offer a highly gastronomic wine.

In appearance we have a straw yellow color. On the nose we find aromas of citrus fruits, stone fruits, green apple, almond, followed by notes of jasmine and flower honey. In the mouth it is of medium body, with its acidity balanced with a pleasant oily texture and the aftertaste lasting.
