UWC Samos Unscathed Wine Erimitis 2022

The word unscathed ("athiktos" in Greek) comes from the ancient Greek verb "thiggano", which means "I lean slightly". The Unscathed Wines of EOS Samos follow the philosophy of mild vinification, the so-called "natural wines". 

 Erimitis (Hermit) comes from the place Vasilochorafa of Idrousa, at an altitude of 600 meters. It is then fermented in small tanks and matured in barrels for 12 months, bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulfite. In the glass we have an orange-yellow color. On the nose we find strong aromas of sweet orange, bergamot, honeycomb, chamomile, with notes of almond and brioche to follow. Rich on the palate, with a pleasant acidity, a sense of minerality and a lasting aftertaste.
