Bosinakis & Chatzakis Wineries Draisine 2021

Draisine is a vehicle that requires the effort of two persons to move. In this context, Bosinakis and Hatzakis wineries collaborate on this particular label, two families with the same philosophy and approach towards wine. The harvest takes place in different time periods, mid October for Moschofilero and early August for Assyrtiko and the wine is a 50%-50% blend.

It has a lemon color. The aromas consist of citrus fruits, flowers, herbs, followed by hints of minerality. Mouthfeel is medium+ bodied, with lively acidity and a pleasant aftertaste.
