Ktima Ligas Assyrtiko Barrique 2021

Ktima Ligas creates Assyrtiko Barrique, an Assyrtiko that is fermented with native yeasts, matures in old, large, oak barrels for 8-12 months and is then bottled unfiltered. In the glass we have a golden yellow color. The nose is rich, with aromas of marmaladed citrus fruits , brioche, white pepper, and the characteristic minerality of the variety is following. On the palate the body is medium to full, with crispy acidity and a long lasting aftertaste.
