Ktima Ligas Assyrtiko Barrique 2020

The Ligas estate creates the Assyrtiko Barrique, an Assyrtiko that is fermented with native yeasts, matures in old, large, oak barrels for 8-12 months and is then bottled unfiltered. In the glass we have a golden yellow color. The nose is rich, with aromas of citrus fruits jam, brioche, white pepper, with the characteristic minerality of the variety following. on the palate the body is moderate+, with crisp acidity and persistent aftertaste.
