The first pet-nat Retsina bottled unfiltered, to preserve the fine carbonation and aromas of the wine's fermentation. A product deeply traditional and absolutely modern at the same time. Slightly pale on the face, as it is bottled unfiltered, with discreet bubbles that rise vividly on the surface of the glass, Afros offers us all the freshness of Retsina that is fermenting. Intensely aromatic on the nose, with clear notes of resin but also special complexity on the palate, which balances with the accentuated acidity, this pet-nat Retsina is capable of unique taste experiences. It is ideally combined with all seafood and small fried fish, with salted delicacies, roe and aromatic dishes from the cuisine of the Far East. Excellent as an aperitif or in aromatic cocktails.
