Vegan Wines
A vegan wine is the one that has no animal derivatives at the fining process. These may be albumin (protein in egg shells), casein (milk protein), gelatin (animal protein) and isinglass (fish protein).
Also for a wine to be considered vegan, one should not use beeswax to seal the bottle or corks with a milk-based glue.
If all of the above are absent, only then a wine can be certified "vegan"
