Art Space Winery Vinsanto 2005

Antonis Argyros in Exo Gonia, Santorini and in the wonderful Art Space winery creates wines that demonstrate the formality of the varieties but also the uniqueness of the terroir of the island.

The grapes are sun-dried for 8 to 14 days, then the classic white winemaking method is followed and the wine ages in oak in the cellar of the winery, 11 meters below the ground.

The color is orange-gold with shiny caramel highlights. Rich and complex aromatic potential with dominant aromas of dried and caramelized fruits. Excellent structure and acidity, finesse and intense aftertaste.
