Evan Williams Black Label Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The Heaven Hill Distillery, which has been operating since 1783 on the Ohio River, is perhaps the first commercial distillery in Kentucky. It was made by Evan Williams, who had settled in the area and was growing corn. Evan Williams Black Label on the nose has notes of vanilla and apples, with traces of ginger. In the mouth the vanilla and apples are enhanced along with the peppers and spices to tie evenly with woody notes along with dried cranberries that appear next.
