Svensk Ek has a spicy character, giving hints of sandalwood, dried ginger, black pepper, scorched oak barrel and whiskey herbs. These spicy characteristics are complemented by fruity style and notes of vanilla, caramel from oak barrels, which were formerly used for bourbon ripening.
