Elijah Craig Small Batch

As its name suggests, this whiskey is dedicated to Elijah Craig. According to many, Elijah Craig is considered the father of Bourbon as he opened one of the first distilleries in Kentucky and was also the first to try to mature his whiskey in scorched barrels in the distillery he built in 1789.

On the nose it is delicious and complex with notes of vanilla, sweet fruit and mint. In the mouth soft and warm, pleasantly smoky and spicy. Its aftertaste is very sweet.
