Nobushi Whisky

Nobushi is a blend of Japanese malt and grain whiskey from the Miyagi, Nagano and Hokkaido regions which are matured in American oak barrels.

It is named after Nobushi, the Japanese elite warriors who swore to protect the villages. On the nose, the caramel with the spices (cinnamon and nutmeg) "marries" famously with the oak. Then mint, vanilla, orange and raisin make their appearance, offering a generous effect on the taste. The finish is unsurpassed with spices, pepper and caramel to star.
