Douglas Laing Big Peat Christmas Limited Edition Sherry Cask Finish

Big Peat is a smoked blended malt made up of whiskeys from Coal Ila, Bowmore, Ardbeg and Port Ellen. A complex whiskey, with peat offering us rich smoky characteristics, a discreet salty note to follow and lead us to a prolonged phenolic finish.

It ages in sherry casks, resulting in a velvety taste, embodying Christmas in a bottle.
