Balvenie 12yo Doublewood

Balvenie is a Speyside Scotch whiskey that counts many years of production since 1892. This whiskey is very popular. It is aged for about 10 years in Bourbon casks and finished for two years in Sherry casks. It has amber color and aromas of honey, oak and leather with floral notes. It is smooth of the palate with Sherry sweetness and sweet spices being present. It has particularly long and hot finish with orange peel notes.
