Master Billy Walker creates the Glenallachie 18yo, which is aged in bourbon, oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and virgin oak casks that give complex aromas and freshness to the nose such as citrus peels and grapefruit but also more intense ones such as vanilla, pepper, caramel and cinnamon.
