Redbreast 12yo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

An excellent, balanced Irish single pot still whiskey that partially ages in bourbon and sherry barrels, creating a complex enjoyable result. On the nose we find aromas of apple, orange peel, with elements of honey and nuts to complement its character and notes of spices to complete it. In the mouth it is multi-layered, with a velvety taste and a persistent aftertaste.
