Don Julio 1942

A totally different tequila form what we all have come to expect from a more "simple" tequila. This is a limited production spirit that is aged for at least two years and a half. 1942 refers to the year that Don Julio Gonzalez began its activity in tequila production. Don Julio 1942® has a brilliant gold amber color. Intense aromas of caramel and chocolate predispose you for something completely different from what you might expect. Then comes vanilla, baked agave and oak on the palate, while the long finish is full of oak and rich vanilla flavor.
