English Harbour Port Cask Finish

English Harbor Port Cask Finish is a small production rum, which initially matures in ex-bourbon barrels and ends up to six months in 100-year-old barrels. The palate has rich, sweet flavors of dark fruit and caramel, along with notes of sweet peaches, flowers, honey and a spicy touch of black pepper.
