El Dorado 12yo Rum

El Dorado 12 Year Old is an elegant rum that standardizes the smooth ripe sweetness of Demerara rum. A mixture of specially selected aged rum, with the youngest being at least 12 years old and a combination of Enmore and Diamond Coffey distillers and the Port Mourant double wooden container, are mixed and then cured in old oak bourbon barrels. Rich tropical fruits and spices on the nose with notes of honey and brown sugar. Round, ripe in the mouth, with rich flavors of fruits and spices. The aftertaste is pleasant and long.
