The story of Flor de Caña began in 1890, when Alfredo Francisco Pellas Canessa, a young explorer from Italy, risked everything to travel to exotic Nicaragua. There he found the perfect place for his distillery, at the foot of San Cristóbal Volcano, the tallest and most active volcano in Nicaragua. Flor de Caña 25yo is a premium rum with 25 years of aging with gorgeous aromas of vanilla, wood and black cocoa.
