The story of Don Papa Rum begins at the foot of the active volcano Mt. Kanlaon, where the canes are ground to create a sweet, rich molasses.

Don Papa rum is a high quality aged rum from the Philippines, where the best cane is ground to produce this sweet premium rum. Ages for 7 years in 2 types of barrels, in American oak bourbon barrels and in American Rioja barrels creating notes of vanilla, honey and candied fruit.
