Two Stacks Distillery was founded in 2020 by Shane McCarthy, Liam Brogan & Donal McLynn who were inspired by the traditions of old brands, but with a fresh eye create their own.

This unique partnership approach with some of Ireland's leading distilleries. enables them to create incredible whiskey expressions.

Smoke & Mirrors Peated Stout Cask Single Malt is one of a kind. A blend consisting of 10% double distilled malt and 30% triple peated malt, each aged in ex-bourbon casks, and 60% triple distilled malt also aged in ex-bourbon casks, finished in ex-imperial stout casks . The result is a smooth, rich whiskey with sweet notes of smoky chocolate, honey, espresso and a hint of sea salt. No added color and no cold filtration.
