Two Stacks Distillery was founded in 2020 by Shane McCarthy, Liam Brogan & Donal McLynn who were inspired by the traditions of old brands, but creatin their own with a fresh point of view.

This unique partnership approach with some of Ireland's leading distilleries, enables them to create incredible whiskey expressions.

Two Stacks Single Malt Double Barrel is a fruity, dry and delicate Irish single malt whiskey created by blending three single malt styles: 10% peated malt, 50% triple distilled malt and 40% double distilled malt. The spirit is matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. On the palatte it offers notes of deep oak spices, wild blackberries, sweet black currants, hazelnuts and roasted walnuts, which linger on the aftertaste.
