Two Stacks The First Cut Signature Blend Irish Whiskey

Two Stacks Distillery was founded in 2020 by Shane McCarthy, Liam Brogan & Donal McLynn who were inspired by the traditions of old brands, but with a fresh eye create their own.

This unique partnership approach with some of Ireland's leading distilleries. enables them to create incredible whiskey expressions.

A complex blend of five parts, with a rather interesting recipe. It is made from a combination of grain whiskey matured in virgin oak and bourbon oak, as well as pot still whiskey matured in Oloroso sherry casks, double-distilled malt matured in bourbon casks, and a small amount of peated malt that has also matured in bourbon barrels. An inventive expression, offering a complex and delightful flavor profile.
