Silent Pool Gin

Silent Pool Gin is produced at the Albury Estate in the Surrey Hills, right next to Silent Pool, a beautiful mysterious lake. A complex English gin where 24 different herbs are used for its production. In the aromatic characteristics we find flowers, citrus zest, violet, lavender, with earthy and spicy notes to follow. The addition of local honey gives a soft and persistent aftertaste.
