Hayman's Gently Rested Gin

In 1863 the great-grandfather of the Hayman family bought a gin company in London. There he produced a plethora of premium gins. Featuring an old copper distillery called Marjorie, the Hayman family creates a whole range of its traditional spirits. Gently Rested is extremely soft, round and balanced, with peppery and spicy notes. The predominant herbs, juniper and coriander, add a character full of flavor. This gin ages in barrels of scotch whiskey for 3 weeks.
