Bache Gabrielsen American Oak Cognac

The House of Bache-Gabrielsen Cognac was founded by Thomas Bache-Gabrielsen in Holmestrand in 1905. Many generations later, to this day, it remains a family business.

The first of its kind, this innovative cognac ages in authentic new American Tennessee oak barrels for at least six months. While remaining true to the ancestral methods of liquid mixing, this unique eau de vie incorporates both a traditional and a new approach to cognac. It has a special character provided by the American oak, with mild tropical flavors of coconut and pineapple that are beautifully combined with the French oak flavors of vanilla, cocoa and nuts.
