Jura 12yo Single Malt Whisky

The Jura Distillery first opened in 1810 and was reborn in 1963. It is located on the island of the same name 60 miles off the west coast of Scotland. For the inhabitants of the island (Jurants) their whiskey is not only water, malt and yeast. It's something more. Each bottle contains a little of the island and their passion for whiskey. The water of the island makes the whiskey special as its journey starts from the highest points of the island, is filtered by the wild mountains and ends at the distillery.

Jura 12yo has the characteristic aromas of plums and citrus fruits, with a note of oak and spices that leave a taste of dried fruits and cinnamon. Medium finish, with the plums returning to give a sweet finish.
